The Creative Side Of You

    Ever had the urge to create something after watching or seeing it done by someone else? How many of you have wanted to create something, but prevented yourselves from doing it because you thought you'd never be able to do it? Well here's my advice to all you guys out there. GO DO IT. Being creative and trying is healthy, plus you'll never know unless you do. Sure you may not be good at it the first time. But whatabout the second time? Or the third or the sixth or the hundreth  friggen time? Go get creative, do something that you really want to do! Go blog to people about your ideas, go color in a crayon book and stretch that left side of your brain!    

    I personally create youtube videos for my creative side. It helps as a person to express my self in a  creative form. While working is required in life and we all have to do it, being creative is something everybody should and could do. Even if it's something like building a miniature house out of popsicle sticks. 

 

So GO! BE CREATIVE! Explore the creative side of you. 

Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver Release date!

    The long awaited remake of the classic games Pokemon Gold and Silver. It is announced to come out March 14th. With official boxart posted. Amazon was more accurate, or had the info before anyone else out there. It was posted on the offical nintendo website soemtime this week, that March 14th was the offical date.


I'm exited for this, and can't wait. Well, try and hold on to your money intill then Pokemon fans!

The Difference Between Opinion and Fact

    As a teenager, I hear and see this happen quite often. In fact, I see even adults making this mistake sometimes. Is differencing opinion, and fact. Teenagers will often say "Man that was gay" And someone else will respond as "That's not gay, it was cool."  We state it as if it was fact, and nothing may change that. And sometimes, other people will get into fights over it.
    I see this in adults, but it's not quite as vulgar or obvious as when teenagers do it. I mean, I'm not perfect, in fact I do this myself. But why? Why do we do this? We think just because we don't like something, it's fact that it stinks. Can't you just have an opinion on something and let everyone keep there's? No. But that's our corrupt world.
    In the teenagers world, I see bullys/tormentors kill off opinions all the time. It's horrible to see. And I try to stand up for some of those kids. But, it doesn't stop kids from generating opinions, or arguing or standing up for themselves because of it.
    Guys, it's just opinion.

Ds tittles coming out for the Holidays

    I am absolutely excited for some of these tittles. Most people would argue that the DS is a horrible console. But I think it's one of the best ever made. I would take a DS over an Xbox 360 any day. Anyways let's talk about some tittles that are coming out just in time for the holiday season

    Legend Of Zelda: Spirit Tracks - I am so excited for this game, I absolutely loved the first. The newest trailer gave away to much about the begging story. But I do have to say that the trailer was really impressive. The gameplay, cut scenes all look like the originals. I have phantom hourglass, and I love the new control scheme. It's all stylus based. But, if your ignorant to that style of play, you could never enjoy such a great game. I mean, everything about the last game was great, especially the puzzles.
    But I did feel like I breezed through the first one no problem at all. So I hope spirit tracks has alot more gameplay and harder dungeons this time round. If you haven't checked out the trailer you should probably go do that right now.

Fighting Fantasy DS- WOW! The only words that can describe this game. The game was originally a book series in England, so it won't get a lot of recognition in the United States. But, this game is absolutely beautiful looking. They have released two trailers for this game and both were  extremely awesome. You should probably check them out on youtube.
    The style of the game is almost like a mini version of the elder scrolls series, going handheld. The only graphics that are a little wack are your own hands and weapons, and the AI. But the environment makes up for everything.  The world looks absolutely beautiful. Orcs and Elves had the right idea, but this games takes the cake for a FPS dungeon crawler. This game, will still be based on choices like the old books, but it takes it a step up with the graphics and limitations of the DS. Be sure to buy this game for the season!

Nostalgia- I haven't heard much about it, but  absolutely can't wait for it. The gameplay looks amazing, though it is a bit simple, and the dungeons aren't at all that impressive. It reminds me of my childhood RPG's, but since times have caught up, this game has zero if any interest at all to bring up the pace for real dungeons. Nontheless, this game is a must get for hardcore or even a casual DS player. I knew from the moment I saw this game in GameInformer, it would be a hit. Now, you guys need to decide for yourselves whether it is or not, when it comes out.

Call OF Duty Mobilized- I defiantly want this, this game is set to come out 11/10/09. Right before the holidays. This game is a mini version of modern warfare 2, and can be very fun playing online. It does have WI-FI, so expect this game to have tons of players on WI-FI for a long time.

Assassins Creed II: Discovery- I don't know much about this tittle, but I hope it ends up being better than the first one. The release date is set for 11/17/09. I recommend reading some reviews before picking this game up, it's cause the last game wasn't living up to it's full potential like it could have.

MX Vs. Atv- I loved this series on the PS2, will this live up to it's true potential? Set to release on the first of December, this is a must pick-up for racing fans with a DS. The PS2 original was nicely set up and before the next generation, seemed like a generation ahead of itself.

    Let's just hope they don't screw this one up by adding so many different types of vehicles, or adding those vehicles into Wi-FI, if the game will have Wi-Fi that is.

Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands- Can't say much besides the fact Pre-order Ships 11/10/2009.

Spring Break

Waking up in the morning to something you hate

    Do you ever wake up in the morning to something you hate? Whether it's your job, your school, your parents, your lifestyle, maybe even the bully around the corner. I woke up this morning feeling that exact same way.(I'm still in school by the way) And I woke up and asked myself, "Why do I even bother waking up for something I hate?" I quickly found an answer. "Why do I wake up for something I hate? So when I wake up one day I will feel prosperous. And happy with my choices in life."  This is speaking in the terms of which I grow up. I do not wish to wake up feeling down and queer about my life, but happy and joyful. I find most americans wake up un-happy. My aunt is one example. She wakes up telling herself she's happy with everything. But then goes back to sleep crying. Don't give yourself that false pleasure, that false happiness. I'm only 13 so I really can't relate to this that much, but I realize that if I wanna wake up happy in my later life, I must put full effort into my life now. So should anyone else.

The Maze Game

    they say 7/10 college kids, can't beat this simple maze game. It only has 4 levels and apparently a skill level to high for most people in college. But 13-17 year olds, find this game easy.
Try it for yourself. Can you beat the game?

You Can't Make Every One's Day

    No matter how hard you try each day, no matter what you, no matter how much you want to please them you can't. You can't make everybody's day. Sure you can try, but it's not gonna happen. I know it sounds kinda negative but it's the truth. Try it yourself. Go to work or school, and try to make everyone happy. Every single person. Plus there's always that one person who's always thinking he's better then you.
    In the words of one of my favorite bands Smash Mouth

"So gather round I'm here to say, you'll never make everybody's day, but while your around you might as well, catch the tiger by it's tail."

    Basically while you can't make everyone happy, you can at least try. You want a better atmosphere for you, so go get it. Here's something really cool you can try. When someone's being mean or absurd to you. Just simply have a proactive attitude the whole time, and say only positive things. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't.

your gonna deal with this your whole life, practice now or just ignore it. Simple as that.

Becoming A 2D Animator

    Well, it took me two years to get high-beginner in animating, the ranks in 2D animating are

low-beginner
Med-beginner
high-beginner
Intermediate
Pivot-Veteran
Elite

Elite, obviously being the best. Now, animating isn't as easy as it looks. It takes time, patience, and a nice steady beat.(Ex. Music, heart rate, relaxation) 
You also have to remember realistic movements and or positions. Obviously a person's foot can't bend all the way back. Plus it takes creativity. If you don't have creativity you got nothing to do with 2D animation. The most important thing about animating is, to just relax. Chill, and have fun with it.

You can also download a brand new spanking program(which is still really glitchy) which is alos like pivot but trying to be improved. Stykz(I don't recomend it till next update though)


If your starting to animate I suggest music with a beat. And without lyrics. It gets you in the flow of things.

Tips On How To Start Skateboarding

    So, maybe you run to the Walmart, and pick up a brand new deck. Alright, that'll be fine for now. It's below standard but so far you don't know that. So you purchase the dang thing and maybe you rush home and decide to try it first thing, well if you stand on the board and you go flying, skateboarding might not be for you. Now, I'm not discouraging you, In fact go ahead and keep going at it. But most the time you have to start at an early age to get used to the balance. Sometimes your just born with this "Center" balance. but if you do fall off right away and are really stuggling to even just stand on a board, practice. That's all it is. Practice, dedication, alot of bandaids.
    Skateboarding is really diffucult, you need to predict and analyze, and re-do any actions you've made in skateboarding. To the moment you fall on your but and are getting back up, you gotta realize

1. What you did to fall down.
2. Your Always gonna get hurt skating

You also gotta realize the difference between what you want to acomplish, and what you can acomplish. If your skating your first day and decide, "Hey, I'm gunna tre-flip 22 stairs today!"
You might wanna think again. You might just wanna aim for something in your level. And only reaching out of your level if it''s reasonable.
    Skateboarding is mostly guess and do. You kinda gotta guess at everything your gonna do, everything you want to do. You can't spend your time measuring angles and figuring out the speed in which you must go. No, you just gotta do it.


Just do it

    Skating gets progressively easy once you start practicing. Some of you are riders, some of you are skaters. Riders will usually ride, no tricks. Probably own a longobard, and usually are just enjoying the speed. Skaters, are usually doing tricks and enjoying the creativity.
   

the most important thing in skating, is just to relax and have fun.
